Michael Bayly recently sent me an article he had written for the Star Tribune. I promised to write a response, so here it is, offered in parallel fashion.

Although it is a bit tongue-in-cheek, part of my point is that his rhetoric was not presented in a spirit of dialogue. To illustrate that point, my response was offered in the same spirit.
